随着现代电动载具与电能储存装置的需求提升,主要应用元件之一:电池,其状态检测也越来越受到重视。电池健康状态(State of Health, SOH)就字面上很容易理解,但很难确切定义。现代多数使用放电容量作为参考指标,但是在目前广泛的运用范围仅使用放电容量难以评定电池完整的性能。

  • 电池特性参数与SOH评估技术

本次的技术文件,详尽的提出在电池检测上的众多相关参数,如:电池电压、电流、功率、容量、焦耳热损等等较为常见的电池特性指标,并且针对每一个相关参数做出介绍与特性说明。

而我们所开发的SOH评估技术则是基于客户的应用要求,将整体评估方式依据”时效性”与”准确性”做出”客制化加权评比”。

目前这项技术已经应用在许多测试设备上,如:MCBABT1000MCL2MCL2 MINIBT1000,并已在实务上获得验证,如:家用储能系统、巴士充电站、汰役电池分容与物流电动机车的健康状态检测等等。
