Increase Data Recording Frequency / Expand System Scalability with No Burden!!

As the revolution of battery production technology, the adaption of new technology becomes one key factor for battery manufacturers while evaluating and purchasing manufacturing or testing equipment. Among all, improvement of data recording frequency is critical. In addition, the number of channels controlled by a single computer is expected to increase accordingly.

Take advantage of the robustness of CANBus interface on command synchronization, it is currently applied on the majority of our product series to connect equipment and computer, such as PBT Series, MCL2 Series, MCL Plus Series, and MCF Plus Series. However, as the demand of rapid data recording, the number of computers and communication units will increase accordingly. To enhance productivity, we now integrate Ethernet interface into the existing solutions. Compared to sorely CANBus interface, a combination of CANBus and Ethernet solution allows one computer to control max. 512 testing channels simultaneously, which is 3 times greater than the existing solutions. From now on, the perfect integration of robust CANBus signal control mechanism as well as high-speed Ethernet data recording scheme is realized in CTE products.
