承德科技導入Ethernet通訊介面,大幅提升系統擴充性

隨著電池製造的技術及品質不斷提升,設備性能的跟進亦成為客戶採購、升級的重要評比項目,其中包含生產或實驗過程中的數據記錄的間隔時間,另外,控制電腦的數量也因成本及場地限制因素,有下修之趨勢。

承德科技現行使用CAN通訊介面與控制電腦通訊之設備包括MCL2 Series、MCL Plus Series、MCF Plus Series,控制電腦的數量與通訊轉接盒的數量會隨需求的資料記錄速率提高而增加,為了應市場趨勢,承德科技提出Ethernet解決方案,如下圖所示,原系統配置(左圖)每一套系統至少包含1台控制電腦及1個通訊轉接盒,而設備通道的數量則隨著資料記錄時間不同改變,資料記錄時間間隔愈短之系統,設備通道數量也會愈少;而Ethernet系統配置(右圖)則無此限制,以資料記錄時間為每100ms記錄一筆為例,1台控制電腦可控制的通道數量512。
