Advanced Data Analysis

With advanced data analysis feature, a variety of test data presentations could be adjusted according to the needs of researchers, such as text and graphical reports, self-defined X and Y-axis parameters on graphs and graphs zoom-in / zoom-out. It also helps researchers to easily analyze the data from cycle test. Data from each cycle can be superimposed and drew on a single chart to produce a lifecycle test report. Evaluating test results and finding variation are easy! Moreover, test data can be exported in csv format and manipulated in the third-party software that researchers are familiar with, improving the data usability.

Universal/ Customized Fixture

According to customer requests, CTE provides a variety of universal fixtures and customized fixtures.The universal fixture is specially designed for cylindrical and prismatic batteries. It is suitable for a wide range of battery specifications, and can be adjusted by customers to work with the batteries to be tested. The non-base plate design allows the battery to be lifted, reducing the thermal impact on battery test. Auto Calibrator ACP2 Series

ACP is especially designed to improve the efficiency and precision of calibration for CTE test equipment. It is applicable for CTE equipment with maximum voltage under 20V and maximum current lower than 100A. Its flexible and scalable design can be expanded to include up to 8 meters, thus ACP is capable of calibrating 8 testing channels simultaneously, which greatly reduces labor cost and time. Also, removable shunts and meters are built-in, making it easy to calibrate and maintain.

MCE S Series : Eco Series: Lead-acid Battery Formation Equipment

Intro:

MCE is suitable for the formation process required in the production of lead-acid battery. It introduces the discharged energy recycling feature that allows as much as 97% of the electrical energy produced during discharge to be recycled and then supply the energy needed for the charge process, even returned to the grid to provide electricity for other utilities within the factory site. This design greatly reduces the battery production cost and the energy recovery can effectively reduce the temperature rise in the plant, improving the comfort for the operators on-site. To optimize energy use, smart energy management system can be added to monitor the real-time production information at the factory site and obtain important notification and the best scheduling recommendations.

  • Support DC-DC and DC-AC energy recovery, with an efficiency up to 97%

User-centric Dashboard with Remote Monitoring: Present the plant producing information visually, including producing capacity, capacity utilizing rate, energy utilization, etc., and allow users to access to the real-time information through various kind of devices (e.g. smartphone, laptop, etc.)
  2. Event Notification: Send the event notification automatically to assist facility managers in handling unexpected issues.
  3. Smart Scheduling: According to the production requirements, suggest the optimal producing schedule to optimize electricity consumption and expenses.

Intro:

BPT 1100E is suitable for testing the core pack and hard pack of laptop and power batteries. The testing program editing is quite flexible, as the test order can be adjusted and users have access to retrieve and edit parameters at any time. Number of parameters is scalable depending on users’ requirements. Testing progress can be easily monitored and beeper alarm notification can help operators identify the testing results. Intro:

MCIF offers dual operating modes: centralized control and stand-alone control. One computer controls up to 64 channels simultaneously, which means program edition and execution on multiple channels can be done with one click. Moreover, in case of emergency, individual channel can also be operated using its panel controller. During the formation process, the data can be recorded in real-time and reports can be automatically generated. In the event of power loss, testing data will be stored in the system, therefore maintaining the complete production log of the battery.

  • The customized specifications can reach up to 800V/800A, with a precision of 0.5%.
